TOO MANY BUGS NOW!!!

I am 0 level now and dont have hp or mp. Game want to do full hp or mp automaticly but hp or mp are not going full or I cant use +hp pots or +mp pots. And that why I dont use teleport scroll because game is click hp pots or mp pots auto. This one is first. I am level 0 now that why I cant open guild, jh, chi points, arena or other things want level. This one is really big bug... And I am wearing full items but I am looking like no items wear. And I saw 4 billion+ bound cps in my item box. I try to use it but game saying you dont have enought cps
